The transfer and the setting have a central place in the clinical work and they cause concerns and discussions starting from the unstable and adverse circumstances in which we often develop our task.
I propose changing the highlight to consider the setting not like a predetermined standard but a set of game rules, basic conditions, which drive our actions and they must be secondary in time and derivated from the establisment of transfer and they get meaning and relevance inside this created link.
To point to this objective it is necessary to produce a special gear between four factors: —The existence of a suffering state.
—The worthy consideration of this suffering.
—A disposition to trust in someone who can help. —A necessary engagement to hold and advance the treatment.
