In these reflections it is assumed that climate change and the ecological crisis are phenomena closely related to the current social organization system. After criticizing the aforementioned system, some of the structural changes that would be necessary, at the macrosocial level, to combat and not aggravate the ecological crisis are reviewed. From dynamic psychology, the defenses and resistances that our psyche raises in the face of the conflict situation that this crisis poses for us are described, resistances that make it difficult for us to adequately address them. To overcome them and change our attitudes and behaviors, a series of strategies are proposed that seek to involve the majority of the population in the necessary cultural changes, so that the ecological crisis does not escalate. As a point of support for all actions and changes, we believe that an efficient and effective story is required, that is, a universal and forceful message that can generate collective public opinion and awareness, in such a way that individuals become active in the face of the ecological crisis. The following describes who has to establish this story and who are the actors involved in its dissemination.
