This article is a sample of the work carried out over the years in the family support program that has the Esquitx Association in the neighborhood “Casc Antic” of Barcelona. First, we contextualize the entity, then we will go through the evolution that we have followed until now, reaching the paradigm of the emotional brain. We will show how neuro-education, through the concept of neuroplasticity of the brain, helps us to understand and act to change structures. We carry on this work with families in a situation of vulnerability. We focus on the family and educational referents of the children and show them how our brain and our nervous system works and how they can be regulated in order to help them do it with their children, and we do it through different patterns.
