The dress, although surrounded by a certain frivolity, reflects many aspects of the person: it bears the marks of one’s personal history, it echoes conscious and unconscious aspects of oneself, it also expresses one’s taste and desires, it expresses the way each person relates to their body and relates with others… the dress is also a reflection of society, its changes, its customs, its values and its way of living sexuality. Nowadays we are living a historical moment that brings with it changes in personal relationships of which the dress is a witness.
