Summary of the presentation at the XVIII “Mental Health Conference in Nou Barris”. Conferences to which we were invited to present the work carried out in a Unit of Disability and Mental Health at the Parc Sanitari de Sant Joan de Déu in Sant Boi.
This Unit has an institutionalized population since childhood and is now in an advanced age and where body, cognitive and mental losses are present. The work in this Unit allows us to approach the “Old-Age Work” to residents, workers linked to them and to families.
